Junior Commercial Account Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a Junior Commercial Account Executive to join our team at PIB Group. This role focuses on managing, nurturing, and expanding a portfolio of established commercial insurance clients by offering customized insurance solutions combined with exceptional client service and retention efforts.

Primary Duties

• Oversee and maintain relationships with a portfolio of current commercial insurance clients.
• Foster long-term partnerships by delivering reliable advice and expert support.
• Recognize additional insurance requirements and identify cross-selling opportunities within existing clients.
• Collaborate with insurers to negotiate favorable policy conditions, obtain competitive pricing, and address claims issues.
• Draft and deliver renewal terms, prepare quotes for new business, and handle policy documentation accurately.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal company policies.
• Maintain high standards of customer service aligned with the values of Campion Insurance.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 2 to 3 years of experience in a commercial insurance account executive or SME-focused role.
• Hold relevant qualifications such as APA commercial, CIP, MDI, or ACII.
• Have solid understanding of Ireland's commercial insurance sector.
• Demonstrate proven success in client relationship management and business retention strategies.
• Show excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office and insurance industry software platforms.
• Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
