Job Overview

Swapri Industries Llp is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work at our café in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. This position requires welcoming patrons, assisting with their needs, and ensuring a pleasant customer experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers efficiently and courteously
Take and accurately process customer orders
Manage billing and payment transactions
Perform basic barista duties including preparing coffee and mocktails

Training and Incentives

Complete training will be provided for all barista-related tasks, allowing candidates without prior barista experience to learn effectively. Additionally, employees are eligible for performance-based bonuses linked to sales growth and the overall success of the café.
