Swapri Industries Llp is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work at our café in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. This position requires welcoming patrons, assisting with their needs, and ensuring a pleasant customer experience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers efficiently and courteously
- Take and accurately process customer orders
- Manage billing and payment transactions
- Perform basic barista duties including preparing coffee and mocktails
Training and Incentives
