Auto Appraiser - Claims Specialist (Fully Remote)

About the Role

We are collaborating with a prominent insurance technology company to recruit seasoned Auto Appraiser - Claims professionals for a fully remote position within the United States (excluding candidates from New York and California). This role is tailored for individuals proficient in auto damage assessment who thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at negotiating repair estimates.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews and negotiations of auto repair estimates and supplements with collision repair shops.
• Efficiently manage a demanding workload, processing approximately 50 claims per week.
• Create precise repair estimates utilizing CCC One software and other appraisal tools.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies through well-founded technical judgments.
• Ensure detailed and accurate documentation of claims while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of three years’ experience in managing auto physical damage claims or preparing auto repair estimates.
• Comprehensive understanding of auto property claims and direct repair programs.
• Proficient use of CCC One and similar auto appraisal technologies.
• Experience gained from working with insurance carriers, independent appraisers, or collision repair facilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in a high-volume and fast-paced work setting.
