Overview
Doha Ventures, a developing enterprise located in Lusail, Qatar, urgently seeks a skilled Receptionist with additional secretarial expertise. This role blends front desk duties with personal assistant responsibilities, requiring a professional individual who is highly organized and communicative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all front desk operations including greeting visitors and managing visitor check-in processes.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and correspondence professionally and timely.
- Coordinate scheduling of appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Maintain organized records and prepare necessary documents.
- Liaise with travel agencies to arrange flight bookings and hotel accommodations.
- Provide confidential administrative support to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent telephone etiquette and reception skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong clerical abilities including filing, data entry, calendar management, and basic document creation.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to interact courteously with clients, visitors, and teammates.
- High level of attention to detail, dependability, and capability to multitask in a busy work environment.
- Proficiency in office software and hardware such as email platforms, word processing, spreadsheets, printers, and telephone systems.
- Prior experience in receptionist or front desk administrative roles is preferred.
- Completion of high school diploma or equivalent; additional office administration training is beneficial.
- Professional appearance coupled with strict confidentiality and adherence to corporate policies.
