Role overview

Premier Inn Weymouth is hiring a Nights Team Member to support overnight operations and help ensure guests feel safe, settled, and well looked after. This is a permanent role with an immediate start available, and no previous experience is required.

Pay and hours

The role offers pay of up to £13.66 per hour. You will work 32 hours each week.

Gateway Business Park, Mercery Road, Weymouth DT3 5HJ.

Contract details

This is a permanent position, and zero-hours contracts are not offered. Applicants must be over 18.

What the job involves

You will be the overnight contact for hotel guests, using a calm approach and strong customer service to help them relax and rest well. The role also calls for practical problem-solving and awareness of health and safety standards while looking after the hotel during the night shift.
