About the Role

We are seeking dynamic Learning Consultants / Academic Counsellors for a rapidly expanding EdTech company that is revolutionizing education by offering industry-aligned programs and career-centric learning opportunities. This role is based across multiple locations including Noida, Gurgaon, and Pune, and requires direct, on-site engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective learners through calls, product demos, and chat platforms to understand their educational needs.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to successful enrollment, ensuring high conversion rates.
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce and LeadSquared for lead management and tracking.
• Ensure a superior experience for learners throughout their interaction with the company.

Candidate Profile

• Possess excellent communication abilities combined with proven B2C sales expertise.
• Be motivated by targets and demonstrate a genuine passion for sales.
• Experience working in startup environments is considered advantageous.

This is an on-site position situated in the specified locations. Interested candidates should be graduates with 1 to 5 years of B2C sales experience.
