Role Overview

This is a full-time HR recruitment role based in Coimbatore or Thane. The position calls for 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring, with recruitment remaining the main priority while also contributing to selected HR operations.

Compensation

The monthly pay range for this opening is ₹18,000 to ₹35,000.

Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and joining formalities.
• Manage hiring needs across different functions and job profiles at the same time.
• Assist with HR activities such as employee engagement and documentation, while keeping recruitment as the core responsibility.
• Work with hiring managers to clarify role expectations and ensure positions are filled on time.
• Update candidate records and recruitment trackers for reporting purposes.
• Follow company policies and applicable statutory requirements throughout the hiring process and related HR work.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with the ability to manage multiple hiring requests.
• Prior involvement in HR operations with a strong emphasis on recruitment.
• Clear verbal and written communication, along with strong people skills.
• Ability to manage a large hiring funnel and work with competing priorities efficiently.
• Working knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and similar sourcing channels.
• Experience hiring for technical roles is preferred, though not mandatory.
