SuperLabs is an engineering and IT consulting organization. The role is connected to a project at AugmntX, a talent marketplace platform.
Role Overview
This is a full-time HR recruitment role based in Coimbatore or Thane. The position calls for 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring, with recruitment remaining the main priority while also contributing to selected HR operations.
Compensation
The monthly pay range for this opening is ₹18,000 to ₹35,000.
Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and joining formalities.
- Manage hiring needs across different functions and job profiles at the same time.
- Assist with HR activities such as employee engagement and documentation, while keeping recruitment as the core responsibility.
- Work with hiring managers to clarify role expectations and ensure positions are filled on time.
- Update candidate records and recruitment trackers for reporting purposes.
- Follow company policies and applicable statutory requirements throughout the hiring process and related HR work.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with the ability to manage multiple hiring requests.
- Prior involvement in HR operations with a strong emphasis on recruitment.
- Clear verbal and written communication, along with strong people skills.
- Ability to manage a large hiring funnel and work with competing priorities efficiently.
- Working knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and similar sourcing channels.
- Experience hiring for technical roles is preferred, though not mandatory.
