Responsibilities

• Find and shortlist candidates using job boards and professional networking platforms.
• Arrange interview schedules and keep communication aligned between applicants and hiring teams.
• Update and manage candidate information, records, and recruitment tracking sheets.
• Assist with the full hiring cycle from sourcing to selection.

Requirements

• Currently studying for, or recently finished, a degree in HR, Business, or a similar discipline.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, along with strong people skills.
• Fundamental understanding of hiring processes and working knowledge of MS Office.
• Interest in learning talent acquisition and developing a career in recruitment.
