Overview
We are looking for a remote Growth Partnerships Lead to help expand a referral partner ecosystem focused on generating company leads. This full-time role is based in the United States and is structured around a 10 to 40 hour weekly commitment.
What you will do
- Source, recruit, and onboard individual referrers as well as small lead-generation groups into the partner program.
- Develop and grow a multi-tier referral network that can consistently produce business leads.
- Plan outreach approaches that help identify and attract strong prospective referral partners.
- Guide partners on referral workflows, incentive structures, and effective participation practices.
- Handle partner onboarding, activation, engagement, and regular communication throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Prepare playbooks, training assets, and supporting materials that help partners build and scale their own referral networks.
Requirements
- Prior experience in partnerships, affiliate programs, or other growth models powered by networks is important.
- You should have a strong track record of finding, activating, and managing external collaborators.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships are essential.
- Experience working with incentive-led or performance-based partner systems is needed.
- You must be comfortable with outbound prospecting and partner acquisition efforts.
