Role Overview

This position is for a Domestic IT Recruiter based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying, assessing, and closing candidates for a range of technical hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and evaluate applicants for various technology roles, including developers, engineers, and other IT professionals.
• Use job portals, ATS tools, VMS platforms, and social media channels to build candidate pipelines.
• Screen candidates effectively and match them to niche technical requirements.
• Handle offer discussions and negotiations to secure strong hires.
• Coordinate multiple hiring tasks at the same time while working closely with the team.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment is preferred.
• Freshers may also apply.
• This role is specifically for domestic IT recruitment; candidates with US IT recruitment backgrounds are not a fit for this opening.
• Hands-on exposure to ATS systems and online hiring platforms.
• Experience using sourcing channels such as Naukri, VMS, and social media.
• Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and maintain a strong work ethic.
• Team-oriented mindset with the capacity to manage several priorities simultaneously.
