What You Will Do

You will manage recruitment activities for technical hiring needs and work with candidates across different channels and platforms.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong verbal and written communication, along with solid negotiation ability.
• Prior IT recruitment experience of around 1 to 3 years is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• This opportunity is not intended for candidates whose background is specifically in US IT recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and job portals.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn, vendor management systems, and social media channels for hiring.
• Ability to identify, approach, and evaluate candidates for technical roles such as developers, engineers, and other IT professionals.
• Capability to persuade and finalize strong-fit candidates.
• Comfort working collaboratively in a team environment while handling multiple priorities at once.
• Self-motivated, target-focused, and disciplined with a strong sense of responsibility.
