Role Overview
This position is for a Domestic IT Recruiter based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying, assessing, and closing candidates for a range of technical hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and evaluate applicants for various technology roles, including developers, engineers, and other IT professionals.
- Use job portals, ATS tools, VMS platforms, and social media channels to build candidate pipelines.
- Screen candidates effectively and match them to niche technical requirements.
- Handle offer discussions and negotiations to secure strong hires.
- Coordinate multiple hiring tasks at the same time while working closely with the team.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment is preferred.
- Freshers may also apply.
- This role is specifically for domestic IT recruitment; candidates with US IT recruitment backgrounds are not a fit for this opening.
- Hands-on exposure to ATS systems and online hiring platforms.
- Experience using sourcing channels such as Naukri, VMS, and social media.
- Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and maintain a strong work ethic.
- Team-oriented mindset with the capacity to manage several priorities simultaneously.
