Role Responsibilities

• Complete virtual certified training to learn to evaluate applicant responses accurately and mitigate implicit bias.
• Participate in continuous training and annual paid recertification to maintain rating quality.
• Review and score applicant textual and video responses based on provided scoring rubrics.
• Offer constructive feedback aimed at enhancing the Casper test and user platforms.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a current resident and citizen of New Zealand.
• Possess a desktop or laptop computer for remote work.
• Cannot be a prospective applicant to a Casper-utilizing program for the next 2 to 3 years.
• Demonstrate strong communication, self-awareness, professionalism, and empathy.

Application Steps

• Submit an online application that assesses preliminary qualifications.
• Complete a shortened Casper test and reading comprehension evaluation.
• Attend a 20-minute one-on-one video interview with the rating team.
• Undertake paid, online rater training within 5 business days.
• Upon successful completion, gain certification to commence rating.

Training Program

The paid training includes eight comprehensive modules covering essential rating principles, quality assurance, and bias mitigation techniques. Trainees engage in exercises and knowledge tests culminating in a calibration assessment to ensure rating consistency.

Payments and Scheduling

Payments for work completed are issued monthly via Airwallex. Though there is no guaranteed minimum workload, a quarterly schedule is available allowing flexible engagement and earning opportunities, including training and research participation.
