Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executives proficient in academic counseling and consultative sales. Candidates will engage with professionals to understand their career goals and recommend appropriate high-value academic programs. This role serves as a vital link between candidates and EduvantX’s premium offerings, promoting meaningful enrollments and sustained academic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with professionals and senior learners interested in advanced programs.
- Evaluate academic goals, professional experience, and career paths to suggest suitable programs.
- Conduct tailored counseling sessions through various communication channels.
- Address inquiries, resolve objections, and establish trust using subject expertise.
- Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing leads to maximize enrollment conversions.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions through CRM systems and prepare weekly reports.
- Consistently meet or surpass monthly enrollment and revenue objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome; a bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- A consultative selling approach with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Awareness of academic application processes.
- Experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals or senior professionals is advantageous.
Compensation and Growth
- Internship stipend: ₹7,000 per month (₹4,000 fixed + ₹3,000 variable) for 3 months.
- Successful interns offered full-time roles with CTC between ₹2,70,000 and ₹3,20,000 per annum.

Additional Information
