Key Responsibilities

• Gain expertise through comprehensive training to understand and enhance the App Review process.
• Evaluate applications to confirm they function correctly, are free from offensive content, and meet Apple’s standards for quality and safety.
• Perform thorough screening of apps based on technical, content, and design guidelines.
• Quickly analyze app concepts and identify modifications in updates to assess level of complexity.
• Operate independently and collaboratively within a team, adapting to changing business requirements.
• Communicate clearly and regularly provide constructive feedback to developers.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of business processes and team performance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Fluency in English plus one of the following languages: Chinese or Vietnamese, reflecting the language-specific app support needed.
• Availability to work shifts from Sunday through Thursday weekly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in content review or similar environments.
• Keen attention to detail, especially in detecting differences between app submissions.
• Strong judgment and integrity to make prompt, informed decisions.
• Ability to manage high workloads efficiently under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Comfortable handling a large volume of app reviews daily.
• Customer-service oriented mindset with a positive, flexible, and results-driven attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Apple platforms and dedication to supporting the developer community.
