Role Overview
The Workforce Transformation Specialist will act as a client-facing HR Technology SaaS Implementation Manager and Workforce Transformation Consultant, mainly responsible for executing enterprise-level HR technology transformation projects for clients based in the UAE.
Candidate Profile
- Possess between 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in implementing enterprise SaaS projects.
- Have strong familiarity with leading HRTech platforms including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Cornerstone, Darwinbox, and Zoho People.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting requirements workshops, configuring software, managing integrations and APIs, overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT), as well as managing go-live and hypercare processes.
- Proven track record of delivering customer-centric projects for government, semi-government, or large enterprise clients.
- Fluent proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
- Resident in the UAE with a valid UAE driving license.
