ఉద్యోగ వివరణ

Role Overview

The Workforce Transformation Specialist will act as a client-facing HR Technology SaaS Implementation Manager and Workforce Transformation Consultant, mainly responsible for executing enterprise-level HR technology transformation projects for clients based in the UAE.

Candidate Profile

Possess between 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in implementing enterprise SaaS projects.
Have strong familiarity with leading HRTech platforms including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Cornerstone, Darwinbox, and Zoho People.
Demonstrated experience in conducting requirements workshops, configuring software, managing integrations and APIs, overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT), as well as managing go-live and hypercare processes.
Proven track record of delivering customer-centric projects for government, semi-government, or large enterprise clients.
Fluent proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
Resident in the UAE with a valid UAE driving license.
