About the Role
We are seeking Sales Executives fluent in Arabic to join a prominent UAE bank. This position is perfect for driven banking sales professionals with a strong history of surpassing sales targets and securing substantial incentives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a variety of retail banking products including Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Auto Loans, Islamic Finance, and Multi-Product Banking Solutions.
- Proactively generate new business through customer acquisition and referrals.
- Develop and sustain robust customer relationships.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Ensure full adherence to the bank’s policies and regulatory standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales process.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least two years of experience in banking sales within the UAE market.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and earning strong monthly incentives.
- Experience in selling one or more of the following: Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Auto Loans, Islamic Finance, Multi-Product Banking Solutions.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and developing customer relationships.
- A target-oriented mindset combined with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
