Overview

We are seeking a polished, articulate, and well-presented individual to serve as the Weekend Receptionist at our Volkswagen dealership located in Stratford-upon-Avon. The role covers weekend shifts: Saturdays from 8am to 5pm and Sundays from 10am to 4pm.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly welcoming visitors to the dealership and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Handling incoming telephone calls and transferring them to the correct departments.
Assisting with customer events and promotional activities.
Performing occasional administrative tasks as needed.

Candidate Profile

Pride in delivering outstanding customer service, ideally demonstrated through previous customer-facing roles.
Confidence in meeting new people daily and quickly establishing rapport to make a favorable first impression.
A customer-focused attitude with strong motivation to represent the dealership positively.
