Weekend Receptionist

Overview

We are seeking a polished, articulate, and well-presented individual to serve as the Weekend Receptionist at our Volkswagen dealership located in Stratford-upon-Avon. The role covers weekend shifts: Saturdays from 8am to 5pm and Sundays from 10am to 4pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcoming visitors to the dealership and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Handling incoming telephone calls and transferring them to the correct departments.
• Assisting with customer events and promotional activities.
• Performing occasional administrative tasks as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Pride in delivering outstanding customer service, ideally demonstrated through previous customer-facing roles.
• Confidence in meeting new people daily and quickly establishing rapport to make a favorable first impression.
• A customer-focused attitude with strong motivation to represent the dealership positively.
