Role overview
We are seeking a high-energy outbound recruitment professional to source and engage candidates for roles in the US market. This position is designed for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-moving, target-driven environment and can approach recruitment with the mindset of a high-performance sales closer.
Job details
Work mode: Fully remote, work from home
Employment type: Full-time, permanent
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan time
Compensation: Up to $50,000 per year, depending on experience, along with commissions, bonuses, and strong company policies

Your main focus will be reaching out to candidates, presenting opportunities, managing objections, and moving applicants through the hiring funnel efficiently.
