About the Role
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance is seeking candidates for the position of Unit Manager within its Agency Channel. This leadership role focuses on assembling and overseeing a team of Life Insurance Advisors (Agents) to stimulate business expansion through effective team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard Life Insurance Advisors.
- Provide ongoing training, guidance, and motivation to agents to boost sales activity.
- Ensure active promotion and sale of Life Insurance policies by agents.
- Achieve sales targets by leading and motivating the agency sales team.
- Track team performance and offer consistent field support.
- Cultivate long-term professional relationships with agents.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Must hold a graduation degree.
- Possess 1 to 2 years of proven sales experience.
