About the Role

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance is seeking candidates for the position of Unit Manager within its Agency Channel. This leadership role focuses on assembling and overseeing a team of Life Insurance Advisors (Agents) to stimulate business expansion through effective team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard Life Insurance Advisors.
• Provide ongoing training, guidance, and motivation to agents to boost sales activity.
• Ensure active promotion and sale of Life Insurance policies by agents.
• Achieve sales targets by leading and motivating the agency sales team.
• Track team performance and offer consistent field support.
• Cultivate long-term professional relationships with agents.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Must hold a graduation degree.
• Possess 1 to 2 years of proven sales experience.
• Exhibit strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Be driven, self-motivated, and goal-focused.

Compensation and Benefits

• Receive fixed on-roll salary.
