Tesco Colleague - Kirkwall

About the Role

This position requires availability on Sundays from 10:00 to 20:00, Fridays from 14:00 to 20:00, and Saturdays from 12:00 to 20:00. Scheduled shifts will be within these time windows, and shift schedules will be communicated three weeks in advance. Flexibility is considered, so if your availability is close but not exact, applications are still welcomed.

Starting pay is £13.28 per hour, with locations inside the M25 paying £14.55 per hour. Additional location-based allowances may apply. Tesco ensures a minimum guaranteed working time of 16 hours weekly, with part-time opportunities available down to 12 hours as well.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with enthusiasm and pride, ensuring all shoppers feel valued.

• Perform duties throughout the store, including service, order picking, and stock replenishment as necessary.

• Occasionally assist with receiving and checking store deliveries.
