Role Overview
The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers through outbound calls, explaining Bajaj Finance Limited's products and services, and generating qualified leads. This role involves maintaining consistent communication, handling customer queries, and coordinating internally to provide effective customer assistance.
Primary Duties
- Conduct outbound telephonic conversations with potential customers.
- Clearly articulate company products and services.
- Identify and create leads, scheduling appointments when necessary.
- Follow up diligently with prospects showing interest.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and customer engagements.
- Strive to meet and exceed daily and monthly call targets.
- Handle inquiries professionally and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline customer service processes.
Qualification and Skills
- A minimum education of 12th pass or graduation.
- Proficient communication skills in English, Hindi, or the regional language.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
