Sourcing Specialist - BFSI Domain | BPS/BPO Hiring

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Specialist focused on BFSI and BPS/BPO recruitment to operate primarily from Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, or Bangalore. The role involves end-to-end talent sourcing for various BFSI subdomains, including capital markets and banking sectors, with a strong emphasis on strategic sourcing and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts across Capital Investment Operations, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management, Retail and Corporate Banking, Risk & Compliance, AML/KYC, Treasury, Insurance Operations, and BFSI Leadership positions.
• Conduct advanced market mapping and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
• Utilize proficient Boolean search methods and extensive LinkedIn Recruiter skills to identify top candidates.
• Manage relationships effectively with hiring managers and external vendors.
• Demonstrate strong vendor management and maintain vendor partnerships.
• Handle recruitment data and reporting using advanced Microsoft Excel features such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, and data analytics.
• Support weekend hiring drives and job fairs as needed to meet business objectives.
• Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates and generate recruitment reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or a Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field.
• Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment within BFSI sectors.
• Prior experience recruiting for BPS/BPO (non-IT) roles is essential.
• Strong domain knowledge of BFSI functions and talent pools.
