Job Details

Position: Service Administrator
Location: Cardiff, New South Wales, Australia
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, full-time permanent
Reporting To: Regional Manager - Northern NSW

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience in a similar administrative or service coordination role preferred, particularly within repair or service sectors
Strong communication abilities paired with a friendly and customer-focused attitude
Proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Excel, to navigate internal systems and facilitate timely service delivery
High motivation and eagerness to learn, with a goal-oriented approach
Team-oriented mindset with capability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners

Duties & Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously
Communicate client requirements to Service Technicians and arrange scheduling of service visits
Handle issuance and processing of purchase orders and supplier invoices as necessary
Monitor ongoing jobs, providing status updates to clients regularly
Identify and report opportunities to improve operational processes or expand service offerings
