Job Details

• Position: Service Administrator
• Location: Cardiff, New South Wales, Australia
• Work Hours: Monday through Friday, full-time permanent
• Reporting To: Regional Manager - Northern NSW

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar administrative or service coordination role preferred, particularly within repair or service sectors
• Strong communication abilities paired with a friendly and customer-focused attitude
• Proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Excel, to navigate internal systems and facilitate timely service delivery
• High motivation and eagerness to learn, with a goal-oriented approach
• Team-oriented mindset with capability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners

Duties & Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously
• Communicate client requirements to Service Technicians and arrange scheduling of service visits
• Handle issuance and processing of purchase orders and supplier invoices as necessary
• Monitor ongoing jobs, providing status updates to clients regularly
• Identify and report opportunities to improve operational processes or expand service offerings
