About the Role
We seek a proactive individual to efficiently organize and oversee routine service calls, ensuring high-quality execution by service technicians. The role requires excellent customer liaison and coordination skills to maintain smooth service operations.
Job Details
- Position: Service Administrator
- Location: Cardiff, New South Wales, Australia
- Work Hours: Monday through Friday, full-time permanent
- Reporting To: Regional Manager - Northern NSW
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar administrative or service coordination role preferred, particularly within repair or service sectors
- Strong communication abilities paired with a friendly and customer-focused attitude
- Proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Excel, to navigate internal systems and facilitate timely service delivery
- High motivation and eagerness to learn, with a goal-oriented approach
- Team-oriented mindset with capability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners
Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously
- Communicate client requirements to Service Technicians and arrange scheduling of service visits
- Handle issuance and processing of purchase orders and supplier invoices as necessary
- Monitor ongoing jobs, providing status updates to clients regularly
- Identify and report opportunities to improve operational processes or expand service offerings
