Role Overview

The Room Attendant is tasked with maintaining pristine cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and corridor areas, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain guest rooms and corridors in immaculate condition following the property's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Ensure smooth operations within the Housekeeping department while adhering to ethical standards.
