What you will do

  • Handle end-to-end logistics for conferences, webinars, podcasts, speaking engagements, and other high-visibility events, including communications and coordination.
  • Support quarterly Board meetings by organising schedules, agendas, board packs, briefing documents, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain professional relationships with senior clients, partners, and other important stakeholders.
  • Draft agendas, briefing notes, presentations, reports, and background research for leadership meetings.
  • Coordinate weekly Senior Leadership Team meetings, including preparing and sending papers, recording minutes, and tracking actions.
  • Provide day-to-day executive administrative support to help the CEO stay on top of priorities.
