An innovative, purpose-led training and advisory consultancy is looking for a capable Personal Assistant to support the CEO and Senior Leadership Team from its London office. The organisation works with clients worldwide to strengthen leadership and drive meaningful impact.
This is a strong next step for an experienced administrator who wants to broaden their PA career in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. You will work closely with the CEO and Founder, acting as a dependable partner who keeps priorities organised and operations running smoothly through careful planning, anticipation and meticulous attention to detail.

What you will do
- Take ownership of the CEO’s busy calendar, arranging priorities with accuracy and forward planning.
- Manage scheduling for the CEO and Senior Leadership Team across multiple calendars.
- Book and coordinate domestic and overseas travel, meetings, and executive appointments.
- Handle end-to-end logistics for conferences, webinars, podcasts, speaking engagements, and other high-visibility events, including communications and coordination.
- Support quarterly Board meetings by organising schedules, agendas, board packs, briefing documents, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain professional relationships with senior clients, partners, and other important stakeholders.
- Draft agendas, briefing notes, presentations, reports, and background research for leadership meetings.
- Coordinate weekly Senior Leadership Team meetings, including preparing and sending papers, recording minutes, and tracking actions.
- Provide day-to-day executive administrative support to help the CEO stay on top of priorities.

Compensation
Salary is competitive and includes a generous 15% bonus, depending on experience.
