Key Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive payroll processing from start to finish
• Ensure payroll compliance, perform reconciliations, and prepare necessary reports

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated experience handling complete payroll processing
• In-depth knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, tax requirements, and superannuation
• Ability to interpret awards, agreements, or complex pay conditions
• Understanding of Payday Super compliance and payroll regulatory obligations
• Capability to prioritize competing tasks and operate independently
• Experience in managing payroll within multi-site or complex workforce environments is highly beneficial
