About the Role
A well-established nonprofit in education and management publishing is looking for a Part-Time Executive Assistant / HR Coordinator to provide dedicated support to the Chief Human Resources Officer. This on-site position is based in Brighton, MA and requires a weekly commitment of 25 hours spread over Monday to Thursday, with potential work on Friday mornings. The assignment is a contract role lasting at least three months, offering an hourly wage ranging between $25 and $33.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee detailed scheduling and calendar management for the CHRO.
- Arrange executive-level interviews, ensuring a candidate-centric approach.
- Assist with various HR administrative tasks as needed.
- Execute large volumes of precise data entry duties.
- Compose refined and professional email correspondence.
- Monitor tasks closely and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working as an Executive Assistant, HR Coordinator, or in a similar administrative capacity.
- Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding paperwork.
- Excellent written communication skills, especially for professional emails.
- High attention to detail coupled with strong organizational competencies.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in managing calendars and virtual meeting platforms like Zoom and Teams.
