About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and polish English content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and appropriate tone.
- Assess AI-produced text for grammatical correctness, spelling, consistent structure, and coherence.
- Detect subtle mistakes, vague expressions, and disparities often overlooked by others.
- Consistently apply comprehensive style guidelines with high precision.
- Offer well-structured, constructive critiques on the quality of writing.
- Manage work independently and asynchronously according to your schedule.
Candidate Profile
- Native or near-native proficiency in English, possessing strong instinctive writing skills.
- Holder of a Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Humanities, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- Highly meticulous with excellent proofreading and editing capabilities.
- Comfortable reviewing content spanning diverse subjects and writing styles.
- Self-driven and dependable with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Prior AI experience is not required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional background in writing, editing, copywriting, or content strategy.
- Knowledge of style guides such as AP, Chicago, or MLA.
- Experience with structured feedback or annotation processes.
