Outbound Sales Executive - Telecom Sector (Gurugram)

Role Overview

We are seeking an entry-level outbound sales executive based in Gurugram to engage customers in Canada for telecom product offerings. This position involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote telecom services such as plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention deals, aiming to drive revenue growth through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to potential and current customers in Canada.
• Propose and explain various telecom products including plans, upgrades, and special offers.
• Identify customer needs and present customized solutions accordingly.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Professionally manage objections and rejections during sales efforts.
• Accurately document all interactions including calls, conversions, and follow-ups within the CRM system.
• Follow all company scripts, quality benchmarks, and procedural guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Provide customers with excellent service while maximizing sales revenue.

Required Skills and Experience

• Clear and neutral English communication skills suitable for engaging North American customers.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Excellent listening skills and empathy towards customer needs.
• Resilience to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools and computer systems.

Work Schedule and Benefits

• Shift follows US/Canada night shift hours to align with North American time zones.
• Each shift is 10 hours long including breaks as per company policy.
• Work is performed 100% onsite at the Gurugram office.
• Company provides transportation with pick-up and drop-off services for night shifts.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate degree required; flexibility possible depending on communication skills.
• Applicants should be around 24 years of age.
