About the Role
We are partnering with an innovative energy sector organisation seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their team on an initial fixed-term contract of three months, with prospects for extension. This dynamic role supports a busy operations function, working closely with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to manage projects, operational activities, and ensure timely and accurate information and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate various operational activities and assist in project delivery.
- Prepare, update, and maintain project documentation throughout all lifecycle stages.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor key milestones and activities.
- Generate reports and maintain precise records.
- Validate, manage, and analyze data.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer and stakeholder inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Monitor workloads and contribute to meeting deadlines and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest better working methods.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the broader team as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in roles such as Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or Project Support.
- Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in report creation, documentation maintenance, and data handling.
- Confident communicator capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with CRM software or Dynamics 365 is beneficial.
- Past experience in the energy industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
