Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and approachable individuals to join as a Mobile Colleague based in Salisbury and its surroundings. This role involves delivering a variety of customer services including key cutting, watch and mobile phone repairs, engravings, shoe repairs, photo processing, dry cleaning, and more. A full UK driving licence is essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service across various repair and retail functions.
- Perform key cutting, watch and mobile phone repairs, shoe repairs, engravings, and photo processing.
- Complete an act of kindness for customers or colleagues daily to foster a positive environment.
- Engage in ongoing learning and skill development through comprehensive training starting from day one.
- Work a 40-hour week across 5 days, including weekends, with opportunities for overtime after training.
Requirements
- Possession of a full UK driving licence.
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Friendly, confident personality suited to a customer-facing role.
- Open to applicants from all backgrounds, including those without prior experience and ex-offenders.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting salary of 326,520 per annum, rising to 329,500 after successful completion of the trial period.
