Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate and review tender documents from private and public clients.
• Calculate offers for bills of quantities (LVs) and flat-rate service descriptions.
• Prepare lump-sum pricing for LVs based on plans and technical specifications.
• Identify technically equivalent alternatives during the bidding phase while collaborating closely with procurement and project management teams.
• Perform cost determination and provide calculation forecasts.
• Coordinate technically with internal and external contacts.
• Maintain master data records.

Candidate Profile

• Completed electrical training with further qualification as an electrical master or technician, including in low-voltage systems.
• Experience with various calculation methods.
• Several years of professional experience as a construction manager or senior assembler.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Bauvision or Navision is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with an independent working style.
• Good social skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficient German language skills.
