Role Overview

As part of an expanding engineering department, Korvest Ltd is looking for two Mechanical Engineers to join their team based at the Kilburn, South Australia head office. These positions involve designing engineered products, engaging with large infrastructure projects, and contributing to the national brand's product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and innovate new engineered product solutions.
• Perform engineering assessments for cold and fire-rated support systems.
• Provide engineering support for extensive cable ladder installations, including tunnels and major infrastructure projects.
• Identify and resolve mechanical issues during design and product implementation stages.
• Drive continuous improvements in engineering processes and product design.
• Collaborate directly with clients, contractors, and external engineering consultants.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a practical and solution-oriented Mechanical Engineer enthusiastic about applying engineering principles to industrial realities.

• Holds a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Brings at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, design, or product engineering.
• Possesses strong knowledge of mechanical design and engineering analysis.
• Demonstrates excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Works effectively within team environments.
• Collaborates across engineering, manufacturing, and project teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with CAD tools, preferably SolidWorks.
• Project engineering experience.
• Familiarity with automation systems or manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on or trade background experience.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary structure:
• Engineers with around 2 years experience earn between 88000 to 98000 AUD annually.
• Engineers with over 4 years experience earn between 108000 to 119000 AUD annually.
