Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate and review tender documents from private and public clients.
- Calculate offers for bills of quantities (LVs) and flat-rate service descriptions.
- Prepare lump-sum pricing for LVs based on plans and technical specifications.
- Identify technically equivalent alternatives during the bidding phase while collaborating closely with procurement and project management teams.
- Perform cost determination and provide calculation forecasts.
- Coordinate technically with internal and external contacts.
- Maintain master data records.
Candidate Profile
- Completed electrical training with further qualification as an electrical master or technician, including in low-voltage systems.
- Experience with various calculation methods.
- Several years of professional experience as a construction manager or senior assembler.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Bauvision or Navision is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with an independent working style.
- Good social skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficient German language skills.
