Position Objective

Main Responsibilities
- Manage IT hotline requests via telephone in both German and English, ensuring thorough documentation.
- Provide first-level support by handling incidents and service requests received by phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely or on-site at employees' workstations and install new hardware and software components.
- Assist employees in effectively utilizing applications in daily operations.
- Identify areas for process optimization and actively contribute to ongoing improvements in workflows and the IT environment.
- Execute minor projects within the service desk scope, including evaluations, rollouts, and standardizations.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training as IT specialist for system integration or comparable technical qualification with further IT-related education.
- Strong customer service orientation and passion for delivering excellent support.
- Proficient in German and English, both spoken and written.
