About the Role

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage IT hotline requests via phone in both German and English, ensuring detailed documentation of all interactions.
- Provide 1st-level IT support by handling incidents and service requests through phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues remotely or in-person at employee workstations, including installation of new hardware and software components.
- Assist employees with effective use of applications in their daily tasks.
- Identify areas for improvement and actively contribute to the ongoing enhancement of IT processes and infrastructure.
- Lead small-scale projects within the service desk scope such as evaluations, rollouts, and standardizations.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training in IT system integration or an equivalent technical qualification with further IT-related education.
- Strong dedication to exceptional customer service and support.
- Fluent proficiency in both German and English, spoken and written.
