Role Overview
Join Spruson & Ferguson as a Human Resources Executive to collaborate with a regional team in executing comprehensive HR operations. This includes managing Compensation & Benefits administration, facilitating Learning & Development activities, and participating in impactful HR projects aimed at enhancing organizational processes and employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle Human Resource operations such as onboarding, regional orientation facilitation, management of employment contracts, upkeep of the company intranet, revision of the Employee Handbook, and handling offboarding procedures.
- Manage employee enrollment into Medical Insurance programs.
- Assist recruitment efforts including talent acquisition and coordination activities.
- Contribute to the review and management of Compensation, Benefits, and reward frameworks.
- Participate in strategic HR initiatives such as policy updates and the implementation of new schemes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years or a Diploma with 3-5 years of experience managing the full spectrum of Human Resource functions.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous but not mandatory.
