About the Role
FR8 Logistics is seeking a dedicated HR Recruitment Officer to oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle. This role involves actively sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through offer negotiation and onboarding to fill vacancies effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
- Strategically identify and engage potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and industry networking events to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, define selection criteria, and assist in making informed hiring decisions.
- Ensure all candidates experience a respectful and positive recruitment process from application to onboarding.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth interactions with candidates and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possession of a personal laptop is mandatory for carrying out recruitment activities.
- Proficiency in spoken Hindi is essential for effective communication.
- Completed bachelor's degree in any discipline within commerce or arts.
