Primary Responsibilities

• Enroll new leads and customers by informing them about the company's product and services.
• Analyze customer data and systematically register customers using the company application.
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers to strengthen relationships and encourage repeat orders and referrals.
• Coordinate with senior management to understand sales targets and support team collaboration.
• Develop and sustain long-lasting customer relationships to ensure consistent cargo opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and transport partners to secure shipment loads.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficiency in spoken Hindi is essential.
• Must have access to a laptop or personal computer to perform daily tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with effective teamwork capabilities are necessary.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required to succeed.
• Open to candidates who graduated between 2019 and 2025.
