Job Overview
Join FR8 Logistics as a Customer Sales Officer working remotely from Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role focuses on bringing in new clients, educating them about FR8's services, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Enroll new leads and customers by informing them about the company's product and services.
- Analyze customer data and systematically register customers using the company application.
- Maintain ongoing contact with customers to strengthen relationships and encourage repeat orders and referrals.
- Coordinate with senior management to understand sales targets and support team collaboration.
- Develop and sustain long-lasting customer relationships to ensure consistent cargo opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and transport partners to secure shipment loads.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in spoken Hindi is essential.
- Must have access to a laptop or personal computer to perform daily tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills coupled with effective teamwork capabilities are necessary.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required to succeed.
- Open to candidates who graduated between 2019 and 2025.
