Position Overview
We seek a White Collar HR Onboarding Specialist proficient in Arabic to join our expanding outsourcing team. This full-time, onsite role in Abu Dhabi suits a methodical, client-oriented individual adept at managing employee onboarding, client liaison, and administrative functions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete onboarding lifecycle for outsourced personnel, including organizing joining procedures, gathering necessary documents, and conducting induction programs.
- Serve as the principal liaison for clients concerning onboarding progress, manpower allocation, and related communications.
- Coordinate visa formalities, labour documentation, Emirates ID issuance, medical check-ups, collaborating closely with PRO teams and external parties to ensure timely processing.
- Assist with payroll data such as attendance records, leaves management, new employee integration, and final settlements while maintaining accurate HR documentation.
- Address employee inquiries related to onboarding, payroll, and HR procedures in a prompt manner.
Qualifications and Experience
- Mandatory fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
- Previous work in onboarding, HR operations, outsourcing, or employee coordination roles.
- Familiarity with UAE visa procedures and onboarding protocols is preferred.
- Experience with payroll coordination is beneficial.
- Excellent communication capabilities and client relationship management skills.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive learner with an energetic approach to work.
